No fires, sparks, open flames or smoking. Pour fuels into suitable and appropriately marked containers only.
Wear protective clothing when handling fuel.

Remove injection nozzles.

Remove threaded ring (1).

Screw puller (4) into the pre-combustion chamber (2) and drive out pre-combustion chamber (2).

Remove puller (4) from the pre-combustion chamber (2).

Clean

Clean mounting hole of the pre-combustion chamber (2).

Assembly cleaner

Check

7

Check mounting hole of the pre-combustion chamber (2) for damage and check the seating of the pre-combustion chamber for leakage.

If damage or leakage is present,



Rework pre-combustion chamber sealing surface.

Install

Install pre-combustion chamber (2).

 Insert pre-combustion chamber (2) so that the fixture on the collar (arrow A) of the pre-combustion chamber (2) and the groove in the cylinder head (arrow B) are flush.

If pre-combustion chambers (2) with spacer rings are installed,



use spacer rings with the same thickness when replacing them.

Screw in threaded ring (1).



Multigrade engine oils (specification 228.3)
