Tester

Measure

1	Remove fuel line (3) from connection "VL" (1.1) of the fuel prefilter (1).

 Collect fuel which runs out in a suitable container.

2	Check sealing rings on  fitting (2.2) for damage.

3	 Install test equipment (2) with  test lines (2.1) and  fitting (2.2, 2.3) between fuel line (3) and connection "VL" (1.1) of the fuel prefilter (1).

 The  fitting (2.2) with opening clamp (A) must press on check valve for connection "VL" (1.1).

4	 Set up and attach test equipment (2) in a suitable place.

5	Start engine and run.

 See information from body manufacturer.
The fuel system is bled automatically.

6	Carry out measurement and read off fuel intake pressure on the  test equipment (2). .

 Perform measurement at the maximum governed rpm.

7	Switch off engine.

8	 Remove test equipment (2) with  test lines (2.1) and  fitting (2.2, 2.3).

 Collect fuel which runs out in a suitable container.

9	Attach fuel line (3) with new sealing rings to connection "VL" (1.1) of the fuel prefilter (1).  .
