Only approved independent operators that have their registered office in the European Economic Area are entitled.
As an independent operator, you are entitled to procure TPR parts from your authorized Mercedes-Benz dealership for vehicle repairs.
Mercedes-Benz has strict security specifications for the handling of theft-relevant parts and theft-relevant information which are also applicable for you as an independent operator and which you are obliged to comply with. For Mercedes-Benz, the protection of theft-relevant parts and theft-relevant information is a fundamental measure in combating vehicle theft.
The aim is to prevent the following threat scenarios:
Theft of vehicles
Reselling of stolen vehicles
In SI80.00-Z-0006-01D, the "Checklist for independent operators for ordering theft-relevant parts", we have listed for you the conditions which you must satisfy in order to be able to order TPR parts from your authorized MercedesBenz dealership. We have also added for your information the form sheet "Explanation of delivery of theft-relevant parts to independent operators in accordance with European legislation" OF80.00-Z-3000-03A, which you should bring with you, already completed, to your authorized MercedesBenz dealership when placing an order.
