| Remove | ||
1 | Open platform roller cover (1). | ||
2 | Open rear dropside. | ||
3 | Remove water drain hoses (5) from discharge hoppers (39). | ||
4 | Remove fastening clamps (42). | To do this, loosen screws (7) until fastening clamps (42) can be removed. | |
5 | Remove platform roller cover (1). | Helper required. | |
| Clean | ||
6 | Clean contact surfaces on platform. | Cleaner | |
| Install | ||
7 | Place platform roller cover (1) on platform and align it. | Helper required. | |
8 | Install spacers (10) as shown. | ||
9 | Push platform roller cover (1) forward. | Helper required. | |
10 | Slowly close roller cover (32). | Roller cover (32) must engage audibly on both sides. | |
11 | Slide platform roller cover (1) back until the spacers (10) lie flush against the rear dropside. | Helper required. | |
12 | Slowly open roller cover (32) completely. | Ensure that the platform roller cover (1) is not pushed forward. | |
13 | Insert lamella (3). | ||
14 | Press right guide rail (4) and left guide rail (6) onto lamella (3) until lamella (3) has no more play. | Helper required. | |
15 | Align platform roller cover (1) in center. | Ensure that the platform roller cover (1) is not pushed any further forward. | |
16 | Install fastening clamps (42). | | |
17 | Tighten bolts (7). | To do this, press the right guide rail (4) and left guide rail (6) against the platform. | |

18 | Check whether the lamella (3) still has no play. | If lamella (3) has play, | |

Loosen screws (7) from fastening clamps (42) and repeat operation step 16. | |||
19 | Remove spacers (10) and the previously inserted lamella (3). | ||
20 | Attach water drain hoses (5) to the discharge hoppers (39). | ||
21 | Coat seals on platform roller cover (1) with the lubricant. | ||
