Remove

Switch off ignition and store transmitter key outside of transmission range (min. 2  m).

Remove vacuum line (1) from hose connector (2).

Detach vacuum line (1) from vacuum line.

Check

Connect vacuum tester with test line (3) to vacuum line (1).

 Hose clamp pliers

 Vacuum tester

Generate vacuum with vacuum tester and read off check values.

Check valve/pressure in vacuum system of brake booster

If the pressure loss is too high.



Install new vacuum line (1).

Install

Disconnect vacuum tester with test line (3) from vacuum line (1).

Attach vacuum line (1) to hose connector (2).
