Unscrew cap from brake fluid reservoir

Remove rear wheels

Remove wear indicator cable (10) and wear indicator (5)

 Installation: Replace bolt (4).



Disconnect brake line (6) at top part of brake caliper (9)

 Seal ends of lines and connection threads in brake caliper with plugs.
 Check brake hose (8) for cracks.

 Installation: Do not install brake hose twisted and pay attention to adequate clearance.

If brake hose twisted or if there is insufficient clearance slacken off the screwed connection between brake hose (6) / brake line (8) and correct.



Detach top section of brake caliper (9)

 Installation: Remove residues of self-locking coating from theM8 guide sleeves (1) using thread tap. Replace bolt (3).



Check fluid level in reservoir and correct if necessary
