| Remove | ||
Front Tyres | |||
1 | Loosen the wheel nuts | By using 32 mm wheel spanner.
2 | Place jack under the front axle beneath the spring support
3 | Pump jack until it supports front axle and the tyre (1) and lift off the ground
4 | Completely loosen the nuts | By using 32 mm wheel spanner.
5 | Remove tyre from the vehicle carefully
| Install | ||
6 | Place tyre on the hub | ||
7 | Lift tyre to locate the stud holes. Fit wheel nuts opposite to each other
8 | Fix all other wheel nuts | Ensure that the nuts are tightened diagonally in an opposite pattern. All the nuts has to be closely tightened in an equal manner.
9 | Relieve load from the jack and remove it | Tighten the nuts using 32 mm hexagonal socket and torque wrench.

Rear Tyres | |||
10 | Place jack either under spring support or between the spring bracket and differential housing and lift the jack until it butts the axle | Ensure that the jack is in contact with the axle.
11 | Loosen the wheel nuts | By using 32 mm wheel spanner.
12 | Pump the jack to lift the tyre off the ground
13 | Remove wheel nuts and remove the outer tyre (2) followed by the inner tyre (3)
| Install | ||
14 | Place inner tyre (3) and outer tyre (2) on the hub
15 | Insert two nuts opposite to each other
16 | Fix all the other wheel nuts | Ensure that the nuts are tightened diagonally in an opposite pattern. All the nuts has to be closely tightened in an equal manner.
17 | Relieve load from the jack and remove it slowly | Tighten the nuts using 32 mm hexagonal socket and torque wrench.

Front Axle Tyre Rotation
18 | Front axle tyres has to be rotated in two different cycles | Tyre rotation is a routine preventive maintenance practice to improve tyre life performance.
Cycle 1 - Swap Left hand (LH) and Right hand (RH) sides assembly.
Cycle 2 - Flip the tyres inside out for both Left hand and Right hand sides.
Cycle 1 to be followed for every 10,000 km for increasing tyre life.
1. In case of uneven wear, tyre rotation to be carried out even before the KMS indicated.
Drive and Tag Axle Tyre Rotation
19 | Drive axle and Tag axle tyre has to be rotated in two different cycles | Model 400.241/243/281
Cycle 1 - Interchange the tyres between Drive axle and Tag axle as shown.
Cycle 2 - Interchange the tyres between Drive axle and Tag axle as shown.
Cycle 1 and Cycle 2 to be followed alternatively for every 20,000 km for increasing tyre life.
In case of uneven wear, tyre rotation to be carried out even before the KMS indicated.
20 | Rear axle tyre has to be rotated in two different cycles | Model 400.216/262
Cycle 1 - Swap Left hand (LH) and Right hand (RH) assembly as set.
Cycle 2 - Swap the inner and outer tire, but keep the set on same side.
Cycle 1 and Cycle 2 to be followed alternatively for every 10,000km for increasing tyre life.
In case of uneven wear, tyre rotation to be carried out even before the KMS indicated.
21 | Tyre rotation to be done as per the recommendation for every 10,000 km | Model 400.216
In case of uneven wear, tyre rotation to be carried out even before the KMS indicated. |
