7 | Detach coolant hose (1) at coolant vent line (2) | Installation:Check condition of coolant hose (1) and hose clamp, replace if necessary | |
8 | Detach coolant hose (11) at charge air cooler (12) | Installation:Check condition of coolant hose (11) and hose clamp, replace if necessary | |
9 | Remove throttle valve actuator together with top charge air pipe (4) | ||
10 | Disconnect coolant hose (5) at thermostat housing (6) | Installation:Check condition of coolant hose (5) and hose clamp, replace if necessary | |

11 | Disconnect coolant hose (7) at connection (7a) of crankcase ventilation pressure control valve | Installation:Check condition of coolant hose (7) and hose clamp, replace if necessary | |
12 | Remove coolant line (8) | Detach coolant line (8) at connections (8a, 8b) and at coolant hose (9). | |
13 | Remove bracket (10) of charge air cooler | Use a screwdriver (arrow) to press coolant hose (9) slightly to the side to gain access to bolt (10a). | |
14 | Remove thermostat housing (6) together with thermostat | Installation: Replace sealing ring (6a). | |
15 | Install in the reverse order | ||
16 | Inspect cooling system for leaks |
