1 | Remove engine compartment encapsulation below engine oil cooler and exhaust manifold | ||
2 | Remove electrical connectors (1) from engine oil cooler housing (2) | ||
3 | Remove cable set holder (3) from engine oil cooler housing | ||
4 | Unscrew oil filler screw (4) on oil filter head | First, carefully clean area around oil filler screw. | |

Drain off engine oil (from oil filter) and catch with a suitable container | |||
Installation: Replace sealing ring for oil drain screw, | |||

Risk of poisoning from swallowing coolant. | Do not open cooling system unless coolant temperature is below 90 °C. Open cap slowly and release the pressure. 7 | Remove screws (9) and remove engine oil cooler housing (2) from cylinder crankcase | Installation: Replace spring lock washers. | |
