Risk of poisoning caused by swallowing AdBlue | Pour AdBlue into suitable containers only. Wait until the pressure is released before starting any work on the exhaust aftertreatment system. | |

1 | Open insulating tubing (2) in area of line fittings (3, 6) to a length of about 10 cm and push back | Installation: Replace removed cable tie and insulation tape. | |

3 | Remove filter cup (9) with filter insert (8) on pressure filter housing (7) | Installation: Clean pressure filter housing (7) and replace filter cup (9) with filter insert (8). Thinly coat O-ring on filter insert (8) and on filter cup (9) with lubricant before assembly. | |
Always use the prescribed lubricant as the lubricating material. Also ensure that antifriction agent is used very sparingly otherwise this can lead to damage to the exhaust aftertreatment system. | |||
