 Danger!	Risk of injury to skin and eyes caused by scalding from contact with hot coolant spray. Risk of poisoning caused by swallowing coolant.	Do not open cooling system unless coolant temperature is below 90°C. Open cap slowly and release the pressure. Do not pour coolant into beverage containers. 1	Remove vacuum reservoir		AR07.09-P-0001CD
2	Clamp off coolant hoses (1) on exhaust gas recirculation cooler using a clamp	 Clamping device	*000589403700
3	Remove coolant hoses (1) on exhaust gas recirculation cooler	 In order to avoid leaks, check condition of coolant hoses (1) and hose clamps; replace if necessary.
4	Remove screw/bolts (2) from exhaust gas recirculation cooler		*BA14.20-P-1006-01K
			*BA14.20-P-1016-01K
5	Undo screw/bolts (3) and remove bracket (4)		*BA14.20-P-1001-01K
6	Remove screw/bolts (5) and exhaust gas recirculation cooler	 Installation: replace gasket (6) to prevent leakage.

7	Install in the reverse order
