4 | Remove bracket (1) | ||

5 | Remove fuel filter (2) | ||
6 | Detach fuel line (3) from hand pump | ||
7 | Detach drain hose (4) of collecting plate (5) | Remove mounting clamp. | |
8 | Unbolt charge air pipe bracket (6) | ||
9 | Unscrew major assembly bracket (7) for water separator/fuel filter and remove | ||
10 | Remove rear shock absorbers on engine mount (8) | ||
11 | Remove resonance tank (9) | ||
12 | Remove compressor coolant lines (10, 11) | ||

13 | Remove compressed air line (12) of compressor | ||

14 | Take off power steering pump (14) | Collect hydraulic oil which flows out in a suitable vessel. | |
15 | Unscrew bolts, compressor to crankcase (15) | | |
16 | Remove compressor | In doing so remove seal from compressor housing. Installation: replace seal. Coat separation point of compressor housing to timing case with sealing compound. | |
17 | Install in the reverse order |
