2	Clean bottom section of pump body (1)	Cleaner from package	*BR00.45-Z-1028-04A
3	Remove O-rings (8, 9, 10) on pump body (1)
4	Slide sleeve (11) onto bottom section of pump body (1)	 This ensures that no dirt can enter the holes.

	Disassemble
5	Clean to section of pump body (1)	 Carefully remove residual paint from sealing surfaces of pump body (1). The high-pressure hole must be closed off. Dirt or cleaning agents must not enter the pump body (1) and ensure the utmost cleanliness during disassembly.	*BR00.45-Z-1028-04A
6	Attach a marking (arrow A) from the body of the pump (1) to the intermediate plate (3) and lay the body of the pump (1) on the stop plate (7)	 Use a scriber or marker; do not use a stamping tool.
7	Remove screws (6) and take off magnet (4) together with intermediate plate (3) and model plate (5).	 First remove any paint residue (arrow B) from screw heads using a scriber.

8	Remove intermediate plate (3) and model plate (5) from magnet (4)	 Clean sealing surface at magnet (4).
9	Remove gaskets (2) and clean intermediate plate (3)
10	Mark cross piece (1.2) and brake carrier plate (1.1) to pump body (1) (arrow C)	 Use a marker; do not use a scriber or stamping tool. The cross piece (1.2) must not be pushed or twisted.
11	Spray cleaning agent on sealing surfaces of pump body (1), cross piece (1.2) and brake carrier plate (1.1)	 Do not remove and paint from the pump body (1). It is needed to fasten the intermediate plate (3).	*BR00.45-Z-1028-04A
12	Remove stop plate (7)
13	Clean model plate (5)	 Remove any paint from the bolt head contact surfaces. Do not remove the protective foil from the model plate (5).
	Assemble
14	Place new stop plate (7) under pump body (1)	 Ensure utmost cleanliness during assembly.
15	Place new seals (2) on intermediate plate (3)	 Glue together seals (2) using lubricant.	*BR00.45-Z-1051-06A
16	Place intermediate plate (3) on pump body (1)	 Observe identification mark (arrow C) on cross piece (1.2) and anchor plate (1.1) to pump body (1). Pay attention to installation location (arrow D) of intermediate plate (3) to crosspiece (1.2). The paint residue holds the intermediate plate (3) to the pump body (1).
17	Place magnet (4) on intermediate plate (3)
18	Assemble model plate (5), magnet (4), intermediate plate (3), pump body (1) and stop plate (7) and tighten together with new bolts (6)	 Tighten bolts (6) above cross piece
