Danger

Risk of accident Due to the vehicle starting off of its own accord when the engine is running. Risk of injury from crushing and burns when intervening during the starting procedure or on the running engine

Secure the vehicle to prevent it from starting off of its own accord.
Wear closed and snug-fitting work clothes.
Do not grip hot or rotating parts.

Start engine

A coolant temperature of min. 50 °C must be guaranteed.

Switch on and adjust max. cooling capacity at the temperature control switch

Remove air filter

Allow engine to run at approx. 1500 rpm

Check refrigerant level in inspection glass (1) after approx 10 minutes

The air conditioning is correctly filled when the refrigerant is visible in the inspection glass (1) without any bubbles.

If a lot of bubbles form:

Check air conditioning circuit for leaks
- subject to separate repair order.
