Remove/install

Close shutoff valve on gas cylinder

 See owner's manual.

Close gas shutoff valve

 See owner's manual.

Open cover of refrigerator box

Remove both covers (2) of stove/sink unit (1)

Detach all hinges from cover of stove/sink unit (1)

Remove attachment from right stove

Detach cover from left stove/sink unit (1)

Remove water tap from stove/sink unit (1)

 Installation: Only reinstall right drawer after checking water tap and wastewater hose (11) on waste trap (12) and for leaks.

Detach wastewater hose (11) from waste trap (12)

Remove left drawer below stove/ sink unit (1)

 Installation: Only reinstall left drawer after performing a function and leak check of the gas cooker unit.

Remove screws (9) and remove cover (10)

Push casing (5) to one side and disconnect electrical connection in area of casing (5)

Counterhold fitting (7) and fully unscrew threaded connection (8) of gas line (6) from fitting (7)

Affix suitable masking tape to glass surface all around stove/sink unit (1)

Cut adhesive seam between stove/sink unit (1) and kitchenette (4) using a suitable tool, lift rear of stove/sink unit (1) and detach from kitchenette (4)

 Removal:
Cut adhesive seam carefully.
Otherwise coating on underside of stove/sink unit (1) could be damaged.

 Installation: Make exposed joint all round with adhesive material.

Detach sink (3) from stove/sink unit (1)

If required.

Remove gas cooker

If required.

Clean

Cut adhesive residues on stove/sink unit (1) back to approx. 1 mm and pull off loose adhesive material

If not replacing stove/sink unit (1).


Leave a maximum of 1 mm of adhesive material; detach loose adhesive material (residues not completely cut off).
Otherwise adhesion problems can occur.

Cut adhesive residues on kitchenette (4) back to approx. 1 mm and pull off loose adhesive material


Leave a maximum of 1 mm of adhesive material; detach loose adhesive material (residues not completely cut off).
Otherwise adhesion problems can occur.

Cut adhesive residues on sink (3) back to approx. 1 mm and pull off loose adhesive material

If required.


Leave a maximum of 1 mm of adhesive material; detach loose adhesive material (residues not completely cut off).
Otherwise adhesion problems can occur.

Install in the reverse order


