Remove

Position respective cover (1) so that upright.

Unscrew bolts (2) and remove cover (1) from kitchenette (3).

Replace

Determine and note down assembly position of mounting rail at cover (1).

If cover (1) will be replaced.

 If cover (1) must be replaced, new mounting rail from parts kit must be bonded onto new cover (1).

Clean cover (1) and mounting rail in area of bonding surfaces.

If cover (1) will be replaced.


Bonding surfaces must be fully dry and free from dust and grease.
Sufficient adhesion of mounting rail on cover (1) is otherwise not ensured.

Cleaner

Apply adhesive from parts kit in fold of mounting rail.

If cover (1) will be replaced.

Slide mounting rail onto cover (1) and align all-round by means of noted down dimensions.

If cover (1) will be replaced.

 Refer to manufacturer specifications for adhesive curing and application times.

 Immediately remove excess adhesive.

Install

Position cover (1) on kitchenette (3) and screw in bolts (2).

Close cover (1).
