1 | Remove combustion air blower | ||
2 | Remove spark plug | ||
3 | Remove flame monitor | ||
4 | Remove coolant temperature sensor | ||
5 | Remove temperature controlled cut-out | ||
6 | Remove clamp (4) | ||
7 | Take burner (1) out of heat exchanger (3) | ||
8 | Lift heat exchanger (3) out of housing, levering it with a suitable tool | Installation: Replace sealing ring (2). Turn heat exchanger (3) until it fits in. | |
9 | Reinstall in opposite order |
