1 | Remove heater from support | ||
2 | Remove connector box lid (6) | Installation: Make sure the joints are correctly seated. | |
3 | Disconnect the single-pin connector (M44.1) | ||
4 | Disconnect the 12-pin connector (X167); disconnect the connector box | ||
5 | Open connector box and remove pin 3 | Installation: Pay attention to the location of the connectors | |
6 | Remove air intake muffler (7) from combustion air blower (M44) | ||
7 | Unscrew screw (3) and remove combustion air blower (M44) from burner (2) | Installation: replace nut (5) and sealing ring (1) | |
8 | Reinstall in opposite order |
