Pull off rubber seal (2)

Disconnect vacuum line (3) from brake unit

Danger!

Danger of severe burns to skin and eyes from hot coolant spewing out. Coolant is toxic when swallowed

Open cooling system only when coolant temperature is below 90 °C. Open cover slowly and reduce pressure. Do not fill beverage containers with coolant. Wear protective gloves, protective clothing and protective goggles

Release pressure in coolant circuit

For this purpose turn cap on coolant expansion reservoir to catch position 1

Clamp off coolant lines (5) upstream and downstream of check valve (1)

Disconnect coolant lines (5) from check valve

Installation: Observe flow direction of coolant. The arrow points in the flow direction

Install in opposite order

Bleed coolant circuit after installing heater
