 Warning

Risk of injury to skin and eyes suffering scalding from contact with hot coolantspray. Risk of poisoning from swallowing coolant.

Do not open cooling system unless coolant temperature is below 90 °C. Open cap slowly and release the pressure. Do not pour coolant into beverage containers.
Wear protective gloves, protective clothing and safety glasses.

Remove/install

Remove air conditioner housing.

Remove heater box.

Disconnect electrical connector (2) from actuator motor (3).

Release fresh air/recirculated air housing (1) at retaining tabs (4) and remove in direction of arrow (arrow A).

Remove actuator motor (3) from fresh/recirculated air housing (1).
