Remove/install

Open corresponding sliding door (4).

Attach lifting device to sliding door (4).



Carefully handle lifting device.
Otherwise, the paint can be damaged.

Unscrew bolts (2).

 Installation: Tighten screws (2) with specified tightening torque only after adjusting the sliding door (4).

Move sliding door (4) with the lifting device and bottom carriage (1) toward the front until the bottom carriage (1) can be taken out of the guide rail.


Carefully handle the bottom carriage (1) and the lifting device.
Otherwise, the paint can be damaged.

Remove cable (3) from bottom carriage (1).

Remove bottom carriage (1).

Install in the reverse order.

Adjust

Adjust height of the bottom carriage (1).

Check transition between sliding door (4) and B-pillar; adjust if necessary.

If a new bottom carriage (1) is installed.

Check the opening, closing, and engage function of the sliding door (4).
