Remove/install

Remove bottom door trim on the right and left sliding door (2).

Model 907.6/7 with code V4A (Right load compartment sliding door full trim)

Adjust the sliding door (2) far enough to guarantee access to the sliding carriage in center (1).

Remove tensioning screw (6) and take rear tensioner (7) with the toothed belt (8) out of the end piece (4) and remove it from the guide rail in center (5).

Unhook front tensioner (9) together with the toothed belt (8) toward the front out of the guide rail in center (5).

Mark installation position of the center carriage (1) on the sliding door (2).

Attach lifting device (10) to the sliding door (2).



Carefully handle lifting device (10).
Otherwise, the paint can be damaged.

Remove screws (11).

 Installation: Tighten screws (11) with specified tightening torque only after adjustment of sliding door (2).

Push both safety hooks (12) to the outside (arrows A). At the same time, pull the sliding carriage in center (1) with the shaft (1.1) out of the door drive system electric motor (13).

 Installation:
Carefully place the sliding carriage in center (1) against the sliding door (2).
Otherwise, the paint can be damaged.

 Installation: Ensure that the assembly funnel (14) is positioned correctly on the door drive system electric motor (13) and both safety hooks (12) engage completely after the retraction of the shaft (1.1).
The grommet (1.2) should custom-fit precisely in the intended opening of the sliding door (2).

Move the sliding carriage in center (1) to the rear out of the guide rail in center (5) and remove it.

Install in the reverse order

Pretension the toothed belt (8) of the sliding door (2).

When replacing the sliding carriage in center (1).
