Pull the sliding door into the "closed" position.

 The door lock rotary hatch must not engage.

 Hook spring balance (01) to toothed belt (2) at center of guide rail (1).

Position suitable object, e.g. a straight edge, as shown, next to spring balance (01) on guide rail (1).

Adjust pre-tension of toothed belt (2) by screwing in tensioning screw (3) at rear tension bracket (4).

Slacken toothed belt (2) by unscrewing tensioning screw (3) at rear tension bracket (4).
