	Remove
1	Remove front door sill.		AR68.30-P-4101MFA
2	Remove lower trim for instrument panel.		AR68.10-P-1501MFA
3	Remove driver's door.		AR72.10-P-0500MFA
4	Mark the installation position for the hinge wing (1.1) and hinge support (1.2).	 The upper hinge consists of the hinge wing (1.1) and hinge support (1.2).
5	Unscrew the screw (2) and remove the hinge wing (1.1).
6	Remove instrument panel.		AR68.10-P-1000MFA
7	Remove control units in area of A-pillar and release cable duct until nuts (3) can be accessed.	 Cable duct is secured with a guide to metal bracket.
		 The number of control units varies depending on the vehicle equipment.
8	Remove nuts (3) and remove hinge support (1.2).	 Press damping if necessary to the side.
	Install
9	Clean contact surfaces in area of hinge supports.	Cleaner	*BR00.45-Z-1025-04A
10	Align hinge support (1.1) using the markings made previously on the driver door and tighten the screw (2) slightly by hand.
11	Align hinge support (1.2) using the markings made previously and tighten nuts (3) slightly by hand.
12	Install driver's door.		AR72.10-P-0500MFA
13	Close and open driver's door.	 The installation position of the driver door may change later due to opening and closing.
	Check

16	Repair paint damage at respective bolt heads.		AR98.00-P-0150CW
17	Protect driver's door and A-pillar against corrosion in area of hinge leaf (1.1) and hinge support (1.2).		AR97.20-P-1500MFA
18	Mount cable duct and install control units in area of A-pillar.	 Mount cable duct with guide on metal bracket.
19	Install instrument panel.		AR68.10-P-1000MFA
20	Install front door sill.		AR68.30-P-4101MFA
