	Remove
1	Remove front passenger door.		AR72.10-P-0500MFA
2	Mark the installation position for the hinge wing (1.1) and hinge support (1.2).	 The upper hinge consists of the hinge wing (1.1) and hinge support (1.2).
3	Unscrew the screw (2) and remove the hinge wing (1.1).
4	Remove instrument panel.		AR68.10-P-1000MFA
5	Detach cable duct far enough to gain access to nuts (3).
6	Remove nuts (3) and remove hinge support (1.2).	 Press damping to the side if necessary.
	Install
7	Clean contact surfaces in area of hinge supports.	Cleaner	*BR00.45-Z-1025-04A
8	Align hinge support (1.1) using the markings made previously on the front passenger door and tighten the screw (2) slightly by hand.
9	Align hinge support (1.2) using the markings made previously and tighten nuts (3) slightly by hand.
10	Install front passenger door.		AR72.10-P-0500MFA
11	Close front passenger door and open.	 The installation position of the passenger door may change later due to opening and closing.
	Check

14	Repair paint damage at respective bolt heads.		AR98.00-P-0150CW
15	Protect the front passenger door and A-pillar against corrosion in area of hinge leaf (1.1) and hinge support (1.2).		AR97.20-P-1500MFA
16	Fasten cable duct.
17	Install instrument panel.		AR68.10-P-1000MFA
