| Remove/install | ||
1 | Remove electric coolant pump for high-voltage battery cooling system from bracket. | ||
Do not disconnect electrical connector and coolant hoses from electric coolant pump for high-voltage battery cooling system. | |||
2 | Remove DC/DC converter. | ||
3 | Remove high-voltage battery cooling system coolant circuit switchover valve in engine compartment. | ||
4 | Remove refrigerant condenser. | ||
5 | Remove coolant hoses (2) from bracket (3). | ||
6 | Unclip electrical wiring harness (6) from assembly carrier (1) (arrow A). | Clip remover | |
7 | Unclip electrical wiring harnesses (7) from assembly carrier (1) (arrows B). | Clip remover | |
8 | Remove screw (8). | Bolt, holder to high-voltage power distributor/holder | |
9 | Remove screws (9). | Screw, assembly carrier to tubular frame | |
10 | Lift assembly carrier (1) until bracket (5) on underside of assembly carrier (1) can be accessed. | ||
11 | Remove coolant hose (4) from bracket (5). | ||
12 | Detach assembly carrier (1) from tubular frame (10) and remove. | ||
13 | Install in the reverse order. |
