 Warning

Do not open cooling system unless coolant temperature is below 90 °C. Open cap slowly and release the pressure. Do not pour coolant into beverage containers.

Remove/install

Remove voltage of high-voltage on-board electrical system.

Store transmitter key outside the transmitter range (at least 2 m).

Disconnect all electrical connectors from high-voltage power distributor (2) and remove holder of electrical connectors.

Remove heat exchanger (3).

Remove coolant hoses (6, 7) from condenser (1).

 Plug openings.
Collect escaping coolant.

Remove nut (8) of refrigerant line (9).

 Nut, refrigerant condenser to refrigerant line

Detach refrigerant line (9) from refrigerant condenser (1).

Compressor oils (specification 362.1)

 Plug openings.

 Installation: Replace sealing ring and coat with compressor oil.

Remove nut (10) of refrigerant line (11).

 Nut, refrigerant condenser to refrigerant line

Detach refrigerant line (11) from refrigerant condenser (1).

Remove nuts (12) from refrigerant condenser (1).

Remove condenser (1) with attached receiver drier (5) and installed pressure and temperature sensor (4).

Install in the reverse order.
