Disassemble

Remove front section of transmission housing (1)

Remove differential

Remove tapered roller bearing of differential together with radial shaft sealing ring and tapered roller bearing outer rings (5)

AR26.50-P-0441FF

 The tapered roller bearings and the relevant tapered roller bearing outer rings (5) must always be replaced in pairs.

Undo the screws/bolts (6), remove bracket (8) and remove output shaft roller ball bearing (7) and drive shaft roller ball bearing (4)

Remove transmission oil drain screw (3)



Assemble

Tighten transmission oil drain screw (3)

 Screw plug to transmission housing

Install output shaft roller ball bearing (7) and drive shaft roller ball bearing (4), position bracket (8) and screw on using screws/bolts (6)
