11 | Install engine mount (1l, 1r) | ||
12 | Tighten down nuts (2l, 2r) | Nut/screw/bolt, front engine mount to front axle carrier | |
13 | Lower vehicle | Do not lower vehicle fully. | |
14 | Lower engine and screw in screw/bolts (3r, 3l) | Ensure that the ground line and the engine wiring harness holder is mounted correctly with screw/bolt (3l). | |
15 | Lower engine completely and tighten screw/bolts (3l, 3r) | Screw/bolt, engine mount to front engine support | |
16 | Detach engine support | ||
17 | Mount charge air hose on throttle valve actuator | Clamp, charge air hose to charge air cooler/throttle valve actuator | |
18 | Mount fan cowl on cooler | ||
19 | Lower vehicle | ||
20 | Mount air intake hose downstream of air filter on air filter housing | ||
21 | Connect ground line to battery |
