Risk of death caused by vehicle slipping or toppling off of the lifting platform.

Align vehicle between vehicle lift columns and position the four support plates at the vehicle lift support points specified by the vehicle manufacturer.

Ensure that jack stands are in a safe condition. An authorized person must occupy the driver's seat. Wear closed and close-fitting work clothes. Do not touch hot or rotating parts.

Vehicle must be secured if it is loaded or if major assemblies are removed.
Otherwise the vehicle may fall.

Can be used for all vehicles except 909.843 with CODE W03 (Body extension).

 Always support vehicles with long wheelbase at longitudinal member if possible.

 For work which requires the front axle to be removed.

Support plate

Can be used for all vehicles except 909.843 with CODE W03 (Body extension).

 For front support to spring clamp plate (1).

 Unscrew right and left front support plate (012) the same amount.

Long support plate

 For front support to longitudinal member (2).
For the mount at the front rear spring bracket (6).
Can be used alternatively to front support to spring clamp plate (1).

 Pull out long support plates (013) at right and left an equal distance.

V-block

 For the rear vehicle jack support point at longitudinal frame member (4).

 Pull v-block (014) at right and left rear out an equal distance.

 Support laden vehicles and vehicles with long wheelbase at crossmember (7) in front of end crossmember with a prop (016).
