Risk of poisoning from swallowing coolant. | Do not open cooling system unless coolant temperature is below 90°C. Open cap slowly and release the pressure. Do not pour coolant into beverage containers. Wear protective gloves, protective clothing and safety glasses. | |

4 | Unscrew screws (3) of belt pulley (4) | ||
5 | Remove belt pulley (4) | ||
6 | Unscrew bolts (2) of coolant pump (1) | | |
7 | Take out coolant pump (1) toward bottom | Installation: Clean the sealing surfaces on the crankcase and on the coolant pump (1). | |
8.1 | Remove (6) gasket from coolant pump (1) and check | When reusing the removed coolant pump (1). | |
Clean sealing surfaces of the coolant pump (1). | |||
Installation: The gasket (6) is not available separately. If the gasket (6) is damaged, it must be replaced together with the coolant pump (1). | |||
