Danger! | Risk of injury to skin and eyes from scalding from hot coolant which splashes out. Risk of poisoning from swallowing coolant. | Do not open the cooling system unless the coolant temperature is below 90 °C. Open cap slowly and allow the pressure to release. Do not pour coolant into containers for drinks. Wear protective gloves, protective clothes, and eye protection. | |
1 | Drain coolant | ||
2 | Remove oil filter (1) | Allow oil to flow out of oil filter housing | |
3 | Detach coolant pipes (3) and 4) at the oil/water heat exchanger (6) | | |
4 | Remove torx screws (7) | | |

5 | Detach oil/water heat exchanger (6) at the oil filter housing (2) | Collect oil which flows out. Replace seals (5) and insert into the connection fitting at the oil/water heat exchanger (6) | |
6 | Install in the reverse order |
