| Remove/install | ||
1 | Remove engine charge air duct (1) upstream of charge air cooler and place to one side. | ||
2 | Remove hose (3) and place to one side | ||
3 | Disconnect electrical connection for oxygen sensor upstream of catalytic converter (G32x1) | ||
4 | Remove heat shield (2) | Bolt/nut, heat shield for turbocharger to bracket | |
5 | Remove screw/bolt (4) | Bolt, charge air pipe to cylinder head | |
6 | Move charge air pipe (5) in direction of the arrow and remove upwards | Installation: Check sealing rings and replace if necessary. | |
7 | Install in the reverse order | ||
