Drain off coolant.

Remove the vacuum pump.

Remove throttle valve actuator(M16/6).

Remove high pressure exhaust gas recirculation actuator (Y27/8).

Release and disconnect electrical connector (2) from pressure and temperature sensor downstream of throttle valve (B28/27).

Remove coolant hose (5).

Remove coolant hose (6) from mixer housing (1).

Remove screw (7) and remove pressure and temperature sensor downstream of throttle valve (B28/27) from mixer housing (1).

 Bolt, pressure and temperature sensor to valve housing for exhaust gas recirculation

Remove high-pressure exhaust gas recirculation temperature sensor (B16/10).

 Temperature sensor to SCR catalytic converter/exhaust gas turbocharger/exhaust manifold/valve housing

Remove clamp (8) from exhaust gas recirculation line.

 Clamp, exhaust gas recirculation line to valve housing

Remove screws (9) and remove mixer housing (1).

 Installation: Replace sealing ring.
