 In addition to the vehicle data, all the pressure values measured in the further course of testing as well as the resulting braking values must be entered in the test sheet.



Connect test kit

 Connect test kit to following components:

 To the brake cylinder of the tractor vehicle

 To the adapter (4) for testing the brake pressure at coupling head for brake

 To the coupling head for pressure test (5)

For testing the trailer or semitrailer:

 To the brake cylinder of the trailer or semitrailer

Start engine and completely inflate air brake system with idle speed

 Ensure sufficient reservoir pressure during the tests; refill the compressed air system completely at idle speed, if necessary.

Check condition of brake shoes, brake drums or brake disks

 Visual inspection only. Ensure adequate piston travel for drum brakes as well as mobility of brake calipers for disk brakes.

Check, adjust automatic load-dependent brake pressure control (ALB)

Drive the tractor on to the roller brake test stand

Risk of death caused by limbs being caught or crushed by rotating parts when performing tests on the brake test stand

Never leave the vehicle unattended on the rollers except in an emergency. Ensure that no one is under the vehicle or near rotating parts during testing. In case of emergency, use the EMERGENCY STOP switch to shut down test stand.
