Extracting oil from power steering pump supply reservoir is not applicable

 	Remove/Install
1	Open engine hood and move to upright position		AR88.40-P-1000GI
2	Pull engine cover upwards off engine
3	Detach power steering pump supply reservoir (3) with connected lines from the retaining plate of the intake air distribution tube (2) and place to the side	 Do not disconnect lines from the power steering pump supply reservoir (3). Ensure that the cap on the power steering pump supply reservoir (3) is tightly sealed.
4	Detach the intake hose (1) from the air cleaner
5	Detach charge air lines on left and right (4, 7) from the charge air pipes on left and right (5, 6)
6	Remove the connector at the hot film mass air flow sensors (B2/6, B2/7)
7	Detach intake air distribution tube (2) with retaining plate and charge air lines on left and right (4, 7) from engine	 Unscrew bolt on the right front of the retaining plate as the last, because the space between the right hot film mass air flow sensor (B2/7) and the bolt on the right front of the retaining plate is too small. While removing, lift intake air distribution tube (2) according to clearance.
8	Cover up charge air pipe on left and right (5, 6) for protection against foreign matter and dirt
9	Install in the reverse order
