Remove/install

Remove the cylinder head

Remove the combined injector holder

Remove/install nozzle holder combination

Remove the cap (1) on the cylinder head

 Installation: replace the O-ring (2).

Place the appropriate spacer (11), the valve and the support

 Height of the spacer (in-house production) (11) approx. 5.3 mm.

Remove the piston (4) with pliers (12)

 Installation: check the sealing ring (3) in the piston (4), if required, replace the piston (4) and the sealing ring (3).

 Lubricate the piston (4) and the sealing ring (3).

Remove the keyways (5)

 Compress the spring (7) with the spring plate actuator (13) and remove the keyways (5) with the magnetic pin (15).

 Installation: the keyways (5) check the correct fitting of the keyways on the valve

Relieve the spring (7), remove the top spring plate (6), spring (7) and the bottom spring plate (8)

 Installation: seat the bottom spring plate (8), the spring (7) and the top spring plate (6) on the tappet stem (9).

Rotate the cylinder head and remove the valve (9)

 When removing multiple valves (9), identify them in relation to the installation site.

 Installation: Slightly lubricate the valve stem (9) with engine oil, then insert the valve (9) and position the spacer (11) (approx. 5.3 mm-height) under the valve.
Observe the marking

Install in reverse order
