8	Align crankcase (1) to drill (3)	 With centering device above reversal point of first piston ring.
9	Clamp boring tool in place and widen cylinder liner (2) to half of the wall thickness in several operations	 If several cylinder liners (2) are removed, pay attention to sequence of operations in order to avoid excessive thermal stresses. 10	Widen cylinder liner (2) to about 0.2 mm below the outer diameter	 The liner collar is detached with this setting of the boring tool.

11	Score cylinder liner (2) over its entire length with a triangular file	 The cylinder liner (2) collapses as a result. Do not damage crankcase (1).
12	Remove rest of cylinder liner (2) from crankcase (1)
13	Clean crankcase (1)
