Bolt with nut, vibration damper to bracket on chassis

Remove bolt (2) with nut (5) and remove washers (3)

Bolt with nut, lock washers and vibration dampers to cab mounting

Remove bolt (14) and pull safety bolts (15) out of cab mount (10)

Vehicles as of vehicle ident. end no. 361367

Installation: Check sealing ring (13) for damage, replace if necessary.

Installation: Clean contact surface of safety bolt (15) to cab mount (10) and grease. Slide safety bolt (15) into cab mount (10) until groove (arrows) is visible in hole (arrow B).

Remove securing strut (18) at vehicle frame

Remove circlip (19) and washer (20) at cab mount (10)

Only vehicles as of vehicle ident. end no. 361367

Remove vibration damper (1) at cab mount (10)

Installation: Check sealing ring (12) for damage, replace if necessary.

Installation: Clean contact surfaces of bearing sleeve (9) to cab mount (10) and grease. The extending part (arrow) of the bearing sleeve (9) should point toward the window (3) or window (20).

Check basic adjustment for vibration damper (1) and adjust
