Warning

Risk of accident from vehicle starting off by itself when engine running. Risk of injury (bruises and burns) resulting from working on the engine while it is being started or when it is running.

Secure vehicle to prevent it from starting off by itself. Wear closed and snug-fitting work clothes. Do not touch hot or rotating parts.

1

Put the vehicle in a flat ground

Warning

Risk of injury caused by body parts being pinched or crushed as cab is tilted

Ensure that no one is within the tilting range of the cab as it is being tilted. Always tilt the cab all the way to the end position and secure with the safety strut.

2

Actuate the lever(1) located at the rear side part of the passenger's seat and, then, the safety lever (2) at the cabin's rear external part

In this stage (A), the cabin is tilted at 45°.

3

Return the cabin actuating the unblocking handle (5) located at the right lower part at the access step, and force the cabin backwards (6) until it is unblocked.

By returning the cabin to the work position, make sure of its correct blocking by observing the corresponding warning light (C) on the dashboard; if the warning light remains lit when the engine is running,

stop the engine and start a new locking procedure.

Do not return the cabin to the work position when the engine is running,

because this can cause the accidental engagement of the gearbox.

4

Actuate at the hexagonal part (3) of the detent end disc (4) using an adequate wrench, by turning the disc clockwise, to advance the lock and provide an additional tilting of the cabin

In this stage (B), the cabin is tilted at 55°.

5

Return the cabin by turning again the detent end disc clockwise until the cabin is back to the tilting of 45°.
