Removing and attaching components

Remove air intake duct (1)

Injury hazard from pinching and crushing when cab is tilted

When tilting ensure that no one is present in the tilting area of the cab. Always tilt cab to end position and secure with safety brace.

Remove splash guard (4) on both sides

Remove stowage compartment (3) on both sides

Remove windshield washer water
reservoir (5)

Unscrew hex. nuts (8) and remove line holder (7)

Remove insulating mats (6) and (9)

Attaching straightening tools

Attach straightening tools

Improperly lifting the cab poses a vital hazard. Injury hazard from pinching and crushing body parts when cab is set down.

Use only approved assembly suspension devices. Ensure that mounts are securely seated. Do not step below cab while suspended.
