Open maintenance flap

Unscrew hex. nut (6) and remove retainer for filler fitting (5)

Danger!

Injury hazard from pinching and crushing when cab is tilted

When tilting ensure that no one is present in the tilting area of the cab. Always tilt cab to end position and secure with safety brace.

Tilt cab

Unscrew cap (7) and drain all water possible

Screw cap back on

Place suitable vessel below filler opening

Disconnect electrical connector (3) from pump

Remove cable straps (2)

Pull pressure line (4) off of pump

Unscrew bolts (1) on windshield washer reservoir

Push windshield washer reservoir up out of holder. Simultaneously pull filler fitting (5) down

Catch water draining out with suitable vessel if possible

Installation: Lubricate filler fitting lightly before installing

Reinstall in opposite order
