1	Lift/jack up vehicle		AR00.60-D-1000H
2	Loosen pipe clamp (1)	 Installation: Check pipe clamp (1) for damage; replace if necessary.

		Engine 642, 646, 651	*BA49.10-N-1005-01I
3	Remove spring washer (2) on exhaust tailpipe (3) retaining bracket	For vehicles without code (MS3) Emissions level Euro 3.
		 Installation: Replace spring washer (2). Check rubber support for damage; replace if necessary.
4	Remove exhaust tailpipe (3)	 Installation: Install tailpipe (3) tension-free; align if necessary.
5	Install in the reverse order
 Danger!	Risk of accident caused by vehicle starting off by itself when engine is running. Risk of injury caused by contusions and burns during starting procedure or when working near the engine as it is running	Secure vehicle to prevent it from moving by itself. Wear closed and snug-fitting work clothes. Do not touch hot or rotating parts.	AS00.00-Z-0005-01A
6	Test run engine and check exhaust system for leakage in area of tailpipe (3)
