AR40.10-S-1030S

Do not exert any force on the tire pressure sensor (7).
The tire pressure sensor (7) will be damaged otherwise.

3

Unscrew union nut (2a, 2b) from valve stem (4)

4

Detach tire pressure sensor (7) with valve stem (4)

5

Unscrew valve protection cap (1)

When reusing the tire pressure sensor (7).

6

Remove sealing ring (5)

When reusing the tire pressure sensor (7).

7

Detach valve seat (6)

When reusing the tire pressure sensor (7).

8

Detach valve stem (4) from tire pressure sensor (7)

When reusing the tire pressure sensor (7).

Clean

9

Clean tire pressure sensor (7)

When reusing the tire pressure sensor (7).

The tire pressure sensor (7) cannot be used any more after using the TIREFIT tire repair kit.

Only remove dirt with a clean, lint-free cloth. Do not use compressed air, solvents or cleaners.

10

Clean the disk wheel in the area of the valve bore

Install

11

Insert valve stem (4) into tire pressure sensor (7)

Replace valve stem (4).

Ensure correct positioning of valve stem (4).

12

Mount valve seat (6)

The markings (arrows) on valve seat (6) and tire pressure sensor (7) must lie opposite each other.

13

Slide on sealing ring (5)

Pay attention to installation position.

14

Screw in valve element (3) into valve stem (4)
