Drain off

Remove rear axle underfloor paneling.

Remove screws (1) and remove cross strut (2).

Clean area around oil filler screw (4) and drain screw (3).

Assembly cleaner

Remove oil filler screw (4).

Remove drain screw (3) and collect transmission oil in a suitable container.



Clean

Clean oil filler screw (4) and drain screw (3).

Loctite 7063 (400 ml) cleaning spray

Clean threaded holes of oil filler screw (4) and drain screw (3) in rear axle differential.

Loctite 7063 (400 ml) cleaning spray

Pour in

Screw in drain screw (3).

 Check O-ring on drain screw (3) for damage and check it is seated correctly.

If there is a problem,



Position O­ring correctly or install new drain screw (3) with O-ring.

Add transmission oil to hand pump.

Screw in oil filler screw (4).

 Check O-ring on oil filler screw (4) for damage and check it is seated correctly.

 Oil filler screw, front/rear axle drive module

If there is a problem,

Position O­ring correctly or install new oil filler screw (4) with O-ring.

Insert cross strut (2) and screw in new screws (1).
