Smear with grease the inner race of the tapered roller bearing caps (12, 20). | |||
5 | Put the reverse speed gear (13) with the bearing and bushing in the central housing | ||
6 | Put the immobilizing device (26) in the oil hole of the main shaft (22) | Immobilizing device | |
7 | Place the oil tube (16) between the gear shit unit (21) and the main shaft (22) | The snap ring's groove (6) must be face up. | |
8 | Assemble the main shaft (22) together with the gear shit unit (21) and the oil tube (16) in the central housing (19) | The gear shift unit's bars (21) and the oil tube (16) must be placed in the corresponding orifices of the central housing (19). | |

15 | Clean the surfaces and put a sealing product in the front housing (7), and in the central housing (19) | ||
16 | Assemble the front housing (7), in the central housing (19) | Pay attention to the alignment of the gear shift unit's control bars (21). | |
17 | Install the o snap ring (6) and the O-Ring (5) in the oil tube (16) and remove the centralizing mandrel | If necessary, lift the oil tube (16) from below. | |
18 | Put the bolts in the front housing (7) fastening to the central housing (19) | Pay attention to the differences of bolts lengths. | |

19 | Assemble the control unit's bearing bolt | Apply chemical bond to the control unit's bearing bolt thread (18). | |
20 | Assemble the threaded pins of the control unit's selection forks (21) in the central housing (19) | The selection bars of the gear shift unit (21) must be aligned with the central housing's orifices (19). | |
