Remove the lock (2)

Remove the dual gear (3) from the counter shaft (4)

Use a hydraulic press.



Assemble

Wear gloves, clothes and safety goggles.

Assemble the double intermediate gear (3)

 heat the double intermediate gear (3) at 180 °C.

 Immediately after assembling the double intermediate gear (3) fit it again free from axial play with a hydraulic press.

Install the lock (2)

Assemble the taper roller bearing (5)

 Heat the taper roller bearing (5) up to 100 °C, after installed it must have no play.

Assemble the taper roller bearing (1)

 Heat the taper roller bearing (1) up to 100 °C, after installed it must have no play.

Install the counter shaft (4)
