4 | Remove cap (22) with seal (20) and magnet (21) | Installation: Replace seal (20), clean magnet (21). | |
5 | Remove bleed valve (5) with sealing ring (6) | Installation: Replace seal (6). | |
6 | Remove screw plug (18) for test connection for converter backpressure | Installation: Install new sealing ring (19). | |
7 | Remove screw plug (18) for test connection for pressure relief valve | Installation: Install new sealing ring (19). | |
8 | Remove reducing piece (13) for oil line to oil cooler | ||
9 | Remove cylindrical spring (16) with ball (17) | ||
10 | Remove reducing piece (13) for oil line from oil cooler | ||
11 | Remove screw plug (4) | ||
12 | Remove coupling plate (8) | ||
13 | Disassemble turbine shaft (9) | ||

14 | Remove pressure oil pump (1) | ||
15 | Disassemble pressure oil pump (1) | ||
16 | Remove stator shaft (3) with intermediate panel and snap ring using a suitable drift | Installation: The grooves of the stator shaft (3) and intermediate panel must align with the groove in the housing (7) of the torque converter clutch. | |
17 | Disassemble stator shaft (3) | ||
18 | Assemble in the reverse order | ||
19 | Fill torque converter clutch with oil | ||
20 | Check for leaks | Visual inspection. |
