Remove

Remove high-voltage battery module (G1/3)

Disconnect coolant hoses (1, 2) to the displayed positions (arrows)

Cut coolant hose section (1.1) to length, as shown

 Dimension (a): about 80 mm.
The cut to length coolant hose (3) is used for installation to connect the separated coolant hoses (1, 2).



Install

Fasten a hose connection fitting (4) to each end of the coolant hoses (3) using the Ø 26 mm clamps (5)

 The hose connection fittings (4) and Ø 26 mm clamps (5) can be obtained over EPC.

Connect coolant hoses (1, 2) with the cut to length coolant hose (3) and Ø 26 mm clamps (5)

Close off coolant connections (6) on high-voltage battery module (G1/3) using a cap (7) and clamps (8)

Not for replacing the high-voltage battery module (G1/3).

 The caps (7) are obtainable over EPC.
