Remove exhaust gas recirculation cooler

Remove fuel hoses (1) from fuel filter (3)

For an installed venturi wiring harness (2).

 Installation: Replace snap clamp.

 Pliers for click clamps

Close off connections on fuel hoses (1) from fuel filter (3) and seal connections using stop plugs

For an installed venturi wiring harness (2).

Open spring clips on coolant return line connection fitting (F)

Remove fuel filter (3) and place to one side

Release and disconnect electrical connection on fuel filter (3)

Unclip cable duct on the respective retaining clips (arrows) and lift slightly

Remove cover (A) on holder (B)

Remove holder with temperature sensor (C) and place to one side

Remove bracket (D) for fuel lines

Open hose clamp of coolant hose (G) on coolant return line connection fitting (F)
